Application
Depremin 612 mg is intended for short-term treatment of symptoms of mild depressive disorders.
The active substance is dry extract of St. John’s wort.
One coated tablet contains 612 mg extract of Hypericum perforatum (St. John’s wort)(DERprimary3-3-6:1), which corresponds to: 0.6 mg – 1.8 mg of hypericin calculated per hypericin, 36.72 mg – 91.80 mg of flavonoids calculated per rutin, not more than 36.72 mg of hyperforin.

Recommended dose:
Adults: one tablet (612 mg), once daily.
Method of administration:
Use orally.
Duration of use:
6 weeks.
A therapeutic effect can be expected within 4 weeks of treatment. If symptoms persist while using the medicine, consult a doctor.
Children and adolescents:
Due to insufficient data available, use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age is not recommended.
Exceeding the recommended dose of Depremin 612 mg
After ingestion of up to 4.5 g of dry extract per day for a period of 2 weeks and an additional 15 g of dry extract immediately before hospitalisation, convulsions and symptoms of confusion occurred. After an overdose, the patient should be protected from sunlight and other sources of UV light for 1-2 weeks.
Omitting a dose of Depremin 612 mg
Do not use a double dose to make up for the missed dose (1 tablet).
