Depremin 612 mg is intended for short-term treatment of symptoms of mild depressive disorders. The active substance is dry extract of St. John’s wort. One coated tablet contains 612 mg extract of Hypericum perforatum ( St. John’s wort)(DERprimary3-6:1), which corresponds to: 0.6 mg – 1.8 mg of hypericin calculated per hypericin, 36.72 mg – 91.80 mg of flavonoids calculated per rutin, not more than 36.72 mg of hyperforin.

Contraindications:

If the patient is allergic to the active substance or any of the other ingredients of this medicine. If the patient is also using anti-rejection medicines: cyclosporine, tacrolimus for systemic use, medicines used to treat HIV infection: amprenavir, indinavir and other protease inhibitors, anticancer medicines: irinotecan and anticoagulants: warfarin. Before taking Depremin 612mg you should discuss this with your doctor or pharmacist. Avoid exposure to intense UV (ultraviolet) radiation during treatment.
